The check-in process is too long, I booked 2 rooms but to get into 1 room I had to wait 45 minutes and for the 2nd room I had to wait 2 hours, it was really disappointing.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the check-in process is fast and they even offer to help carry my luggage (I had quite a lot of luggage), check-in time is 10pm 🙂

Amazing impression when staying on New Year's Eve at the Dinner Farewell 2024/2025 New Years Eve party event. Even though I was a guest for a superior room category, I still got an invitation to dinner. I enjoyed the atmosphere, as well as the delicious, tasty, and varied food. The car park is quite adequate, the hotel staff is really friendly and fast-moving. The breakfast is delicious, especially what I like is sausage-omelettes-and fruit. The second time staying here, 2020 and 2024 it feels like this hotel has aged 20 years since I last stayed. I booked a room with twin beds, staying with my nephew. One bed, the condition of the bed frame was broken, the sound of the boards rubbing together was very disturbing when used to sleep. The damage was discovered when my nephew wanted to sleep and it was already 11 pm. Contacted the hotel staff, could not be repaired. Waited for a while and the hotel decided to move rooms. Ok, helped but still annoyed because I was very tired and had to move things again. Changed rooms, the wifi did not connect until we checked out. Breakfast was very standard with mediocre choices. Cleanliness should also be considered. In the first room we occupied, my bed sheets looked like they had not been replaced. There were still dry stains from liquids. The room design is still classic but everything is well maintained. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable and spotless is very clean. The power outlet is far from the bed. The shower pressure is not maximum and the hot water does not work, for the towels spotless is very clean. Breakfast is average.
