Clean, comfortable hotel, in good location. In the last morning we went to the airport in early morning, they prepare full set breakfast for us. thank you very much for your kind. We recommend this hotel for good trip in Jogja.

Good experience overall. Just come on busy period, there are a lot of people check in in same time with the limited crew in the pandemic situation so need to wait longer. And also there are some delay when asked to replace mat because out of ready stock so need to wait a little longer. Beside that have good services. Large room with sofa, clean room, friendly crew, the breakfast is okay also. Stamdard Covid protocol also implemented here i.e., temperature check and provide hand sanitizer in some areas.

A very pleasant staycation for a birthday celebration. Slow on the check-in and still asking for deposit at 200K. Helpful FO staff and very informative. Spacious room and clean, but the brown tiny pillow smells awful and some ants colony stays inside the teacup. Internet very very slow and disconnected all the time, Television needs to upgrade. The blanket is also so old-fashioned. Breakfast was awesome, many varieties, standard on taste (for my taste it was too salty) Fast check-out and definitely will coming back again.

Stayed 2 days in 2 connecting rooms. Large and comfortable rooms. View pool and city.
Friendly and responsive staff, cozy and quiet hotel atmosphere even though close to the city center and Malioboro.
The building from the outside looks ordinary, but inside it meets the standards of a 5-star hotel.
The breakfast menu is actually varied, Indonesian, western, Asian are all available. It's just that every day is almost exactly the same, there are no changes to the menu anymore.
Overall for us the experience of staying there was 8.5/10.

Very impressive, the room was as requested, the location was close to Malioboro just walking distance, there was a drama of leaving my wallet behind even though I had checked out, I was called and WA'd, luckily I hadn't left the city of Yogyakarta. Thank you for your hospitality

The hotel staff is very friendly, it's just a shame that for a 5 star hotel, breakfast at the restaurant has to be paid for for children over 5 years old. I stayed for 3 days in Malioboro, but at the previous hotel, for breakfast at the restaurant, children were not charged an additional fee.

the story is about to celebrate new year in malioboro, from the hotel only 5 minutes walk. we checked in and asked for a low level floor, got it on the 1st floor. Unfortunately got a room with facilities below the rooms on other floors, where the TV is not smart, the towels are old-style white towels, and the shower is in the bathtub. Wow, because I brought my 83-year-old grandfather, it seemed impossible to step through the bathtub. Immediately called to ask for a room change, thank God it was immediately handled well and we moved to the 5th floor, the view is to the city, the TV is already SMART, the towels are softer and newer...

A comfortable hotel for families. Overall okay, although with a fairly classic design, the facilities are still top. The breakfast menu is varied with a good taste, only if fully booked, the chairs are quite far away (open a table in the restaurant area)
The swimming pool is not big but the kids are happy. There is a large garden in the middle of the hotel, very suitable for cooling off, reading books, while enjoying the green atmosphere in the middle of the city.
