Mercure BSD City was a nice and super comfortable place to stay that located quite strategically in the middle of BSD City. The superior room where I stayed was well-equipped and surprisingly spacious. Safety protocol was also applied thoroughly both inside and outside of the hotel room. I highly recommend Mercure BSD City for anyone who wants a short stay at a non-budget hotel yet nice hotel.

I travelled with my 1 month old baby and this place really recommend for infants because they cleanliness, I looking forwards this pandemic over so I can try the restaurant also they food and beverage service.

The staffs are very nice. However, there was a fire alarm at 11 pm. with no incident. There is a construction site next to the hotel and there was a noise of working during the night.

Great experience staying here, the room is very comfortable with a nice design. There are also many choices of food but the taste is still standard. A bit disappointed we requested greetings because it was a wedding anniversary and celebrating a birthday, but there was nothing in the room

Overall recommended for staycation with kids, playground, there is a pool for kids, arcade games are very popular with kids, access to Aeon Mall can be walked for only 5-10 minutes. large room size, minus the sink faucet seems to be leaking so quite a lot of water comes out in room 1107. Overall the hotel is comfortable.

I was actually a bit disappointed, every time I made a booking I was told to ask for a smoking room, but when I wanted to check in I was always told that the smoking rooms were empty, until finally because I was too lazy I upgraded to a bigger room, and had to pay extra.

I upgraded to suite with a bath tub. however water is yellow untreated causing itch on the skin. doors to the bathroom and to the wardrobe are broken and stingy on hand towel. it is too expensive for the quality. will not stay there again.

Room 207 has a leak on the aluminum frame. From midnight to morning. Moving in the middle of the night is useless because there are already too many items unpacked, why do I have to pack again? Even if given help from staff to pack, it will not be comfortable when personal items are seen by staff. Requesting a high floor + quiet room but intentionally giving a noisy room and a low floor. Is my request considered too demanding? Big hotel chain but no maintenance. Terrible. Thanks for the experience
