The location is okay, close to everywhere. The cleanliness is top-notch. The AC is also very cold. The staff are friendly. The only thing that is a bit unfortunate is that there is no pool for children.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Especially Mr. Rendi (restaurant) who is very polite and friendly, with a soft voice, always alert & very quick to help. For the taste of the food 8/10. Only 1 thing that makes it complicated, opening and closing the cracker jar (porridge section). For the room (mine is in no. 602), it is not soundproof enough (a bit noisy, heard from the highway). Success always to all.

The hotel is not too big because it is in the middle of the city center but it is nice and minimalist, the staff are friendly, the food is comfortable and delicious, the swimming pool is also open until night, Overall good,. God willing, I will come back again 😁

It's my 2nd time stayed here. It was quite enjoyable stayed here before. But at this time, I had a little bad experience, my room electricity turns off at 2am, the telephone room didn't work and we can't reach the front desk so I went downstairs, but luckily the staff were helpful.

The AC is not cold enough. It only feels cold towards dawn. I brought a baby who can't stand the heat. My child became a bit restless sleeping. Even though I set the AC to 19 C, the fan was also on High

amazing staycation... my family is very happy, there are no minuses. all good, from cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious food and breakfast is also delicious. what's more there is a gym, my mom can do light exercise there... tq mercure hotel, next time will go back there for staycation...

The place is good, close to other Tangerang areas such as Gading Serpong, Cikokol, Serpong. Everything is good in terms of room, service, and food, except in the infinity pool area, in the waiting area sometimes the roof leaks so that some of my things get wet, maybe the rooftop roof can be checked so that there are no more leaks in the future
