It's just so-so, it's better to stay at Oyo/RedDoorz, here at this price, toiletries are not provided, towels are not absorbent, the water heater has a protol lid, there are electrical sockets that are not normal in the water heater and the kettle plug, especially in room 305, but the plus point is that the staff is very friendly

So sorry, I will review according to what this hotel provides. At first I was really happy because I could check in early and the staff at the FO greeted me warmly, I asked 'can I check in at this hour?' and the guy said if I wanted to check the room and confirm first. Then after that I was allowed to enter the room. From the beginning I didn't find a towel and thought this hotel just didn't provide it (it had been checked beforehand by the FO guy). Around 10/11 *cmiiw* I was informed that there was a tank drain and the water would be turned off, and I just went to sleep. Until 2 pm I woke up, the water hadn't turned on. It turned on at 6 pm :) imagine you had to poop and hold it for hours waiting for the water to turn on. At noon when checking out I had another problem, because the housekeeping said there were no towels in my room. I told the FO that there were no towels in my room from the start and insisted why I didn't ask the staff. By God, I didn't think about it, because from the beginning they said the room was ready so I thought this hotel just doesn't provide towels. I've shown proof of the chat at 3 pm that I asked my sister to be offered a towel, and I've also called my sister to make sure she didn't bring a hotel towel. The officer insisted that every room must have a towel, and it must have been checked the day before. Of course I said that on the day of my arrival, the officer had checked it and I asked the officer if there was no towel or not, the officer's face was also confused. This hotel has a really bad experience, thank you very much for making me angry twice because the water was off for hours and being accused of losing towels. Do you have my number? Let me know if it is proven that I lost the towel, I will apologize and compensate according to the policy 🙏🏻

302 Stuffy room AC is not cold.

It's quite comfortable because it's in the middle of the city, the rooms are quite okay and the AC is cold, the bathroom and shower are okay. Just don't give it mineral water. As for the value, I give it 7/10.

The rooms are quite clean, for a place to rest overnight it's quite okay, the facilities function well.

I really recommend this hotel! Initially I just ordered 2 nights to travel to Surabaya, I got a room on the 3rd floor at a price that was quite cheap because I ordered 1 room with 2 beds and could check in at midnight OMG, the bathroom was really good, the lights were on, the AC was quite cold but the TV only has 1 channel, it's okay, it's still okay and the room is really spacious. But because of problems on the train, I had to stay overnight again, so in the afternoon after checking out I came back here again and I was really amazed because the bed was neat, the trash bin was clean, the towels had been changed (at first they were green, when I came back they were pink), the bathroom is dry and clean, it's really okay! Next time I go to Surabaya I will go to this hotel again

The hotel is quiet, the photos don't match. Klas is not a hotel, but tends to be more like an inn. We paid and decided to check out immediately, the service was quite friendly.
