Access to the hotel is actually quite easy, only the location of the hotel and the lower car park area are too gloomy, do not have enough lighting. Then, the room area is quite dirty and has spots (starting from the mattress, blanket, pillow and even the balcony area). In addition, there is a fairly pungent cigarette smell especially in the room & bathroom area, there are also several cigarette butts that have not been cleaned in the room, bathroom, balcony and mattress. The bathroom area is quite dirty, smells bad, there are no toiletries and the bathroom door cannot be closed, but the water heater is still functioning properly. The room we booked should have had a morning breakfast service, only it was switched to a night service to break the fast (without notification). The WiFi provided also could not connect properly. The hotel staff service is actually quite good, only the condition of the hotel makes us uncomfortable. The car park area does not have a clear sign and is a bit confusing, it is hoped that in the future this hotel can be maintained & its hospitality system can be improved because this hotel is quite okay for its location & area is quite large.

1. The mattress looks like it only has springs left

It is highly not recommended to stay at this hotel, not maintained, dirty, dusty, broken AC, broken lights. Old hotel! There is no instruction if the receptionist is on the beach 5 floors 1,2,3,4 are creepy and abandoned. Really very horror!

The hotel building is dark, the lights are out all night, the room is dirty & smelly. It's also surprising why it can get a 4-star hotel predicate. For Traveloka/other applications, please evaluate their hotel partners again because it is quite detrimental to the tenants, we didn't enter until 1 second ago we left because it was so uncomfortable. Traveloka should pay attention to this. And we didn't get a refund of more than 400 lost. The law of karma applies.
