The room was not properly clean. Dirty bedsheet & toilet. Room wallpaper was torn and not properly decorated. The entrance way was gloomy/dark sort of scary.

The apartment suite is total scam. Room is dirty and stuffy, completely different than the picture advertised. They're not allowed me to upgrade to the hotel room. The, entrance, park, elevator, actually he whole access are confusing. There was no staff, only one person was available in the receptionist table at 5th floor. Booked 2 nights from the app, checked in at 10pm, checked out 1 hour later with no refund.
