It is highly not recommended to stay at this hotel, not maintained, dirty, dusty, broken AC, broken lights. Old hotel! There is no instruction if the receptionist is on the beach 5 floors 1,2,3,4 are creepy and abandoned. Really very horror!

The hotel building is dark, the lights are out all night, the room is dirty & smelly. It's also surprising why it can get a 4-star hotel predicate. For Traveloka/other applications, please evaluate their hotel partners again because it is quite detrimental to the tenants, we didn't enter until 1 second ago we left because it was so uncomfortable. Traveloka should pay attention to this. And we didn't get a refund of more than 400 lost. The law of karma applies.

The AC remote is broken, when I contacted the receptionist I waited about 30 minutes for someone to come hmmm😒. Plus the room is rarely cleaned so there is a lot of trash piled up outside and also a lot of sand under the bed. Very uncomfortable. And the balcony has a lot of trash starting from cigarette butts and also packaged drinks that are not cleaned, really dirty😣🤧

This hotel has a comfortable atmosphere with a modern and elegant design. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with complete facilities. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with many menu choices. Strategic location, close to shopping centers and public transportation. However, parking is a bit narrow. Overall, the experience of staying here is very pleasant!

hotel staff are not friendly to visitors, indifferent and do not want to know about customer matters. hard towels, just towels.. dirty room, sheets never changed, smell of drool and dirty with spots.

When I first entered the dark parking lot, the lobby entrance was hard to find because it was very quiet, no one was asked and it was on the 5th floor, floors 1/2/3 etc. seemed unused and when I passed there the elevator opened and it was very dark and scary, when I checked in I had booked through the application but was still told to wait quite a long time because they said it had not entered the hotel system, the lobby looked messy and dirty. I got a room on the 19th floor when I entered, turned on the room light and the blower was very noisy like a diesel, I was scared to turn it off, the room atmosphere also seemed like it had not been occupied for a long time, the sheets were dirty and full of blood stains, I was afraid so I didn't sleep well, felt like someone was watching me, the AC was not cold at all, mineral water was provided in 2 small glasses, towels were very rough and stiff in pink. Parking was asked to pay 10 thousand for 1 entry. Cheap enough for those who urgently need a short break, but not for a staycation / stay for a while. Honestly, this hotel is very scary. It seems abandoned, while I was there I never met any staff passing by just to clean/no other activities. But the good thing is that it is close to Indomaret,

The bed cover was not washed. It was dirty and had lots of blood stains. It happened that the really dirty one was placed inside so it couldn't be seen after it was lifted. Even though in 2021 the facilities were okay. Now the elevator button can't be used either 🙏 I didn't get toiletries or sandals either. The AC remote doesn't work
