Why is the breakfast like a 2 star, please improve the breakfast, increase the food, it's a 4 star, not a 2 star, how can it lose to Kuretakeso which also carries a Japanese concept. This hotel's only problem is the breakfast, the rest is really good

The staff at the hotel here are almost all very friendly and helpful during our stay
And this is the umpteenth time I've stayed at Nemuru Grand Suites.
The room boy is also nice
But I forgot his name, Anyway he's the one who always cleans my room
( Btwww Thankyouu for the beautiful and Attitude good receptionist duo (Ms. Putri and Mba Nia)

Not worth for the price I pay, other hotels with the same price would get better breakfast menu, room size. For other customers: consider finding other hotels before you choose this.

Overall it's really good, all the staff are friendly (special thanks to Putri at the reception and Mas mas at the restaurant) cleanliness and facilities are good. Next time I come here again, I want to be on a higher floor. Just a little bit of attention needs to be paid, the food menu could be more varied.

I was disappointed, I sent the goods to a clear address with my name. With a note to be left at the reception but they didn't want to accept it. There was no attempt by the hotel to confirm to my room if in doubt. Breakfast was very ordinary. The menu was limited but the stock was not refilled until the telephone. It is likely not ready to be a hotel. The hotel room was comfortable, the TV could do Netflix and YouTube. But suddenly at 9 am the wifi went off. So there was no internet access. Hopefully it will be better in the future

The check-in process is quite fast, but when checking in we have to pay a cash deposit of 100 thousand and submit an identity card (KTP/SIM). There are 2 access cards, 1 for lift access and 1 for room access. For the room yesterday I got a free upgrade from Nara (Superior) to Kobe (Super Deluxe). In the room there is a mini fridge, safe box, and hair dryer. The bathroom amenities are quite complete. The TV is already a smart TV, so you can access Netflix, YouTube, etc. There is no account provided so you have to use your own account. There is not much gym equipment, so sometimes you have to queue if the equipment you want to use has been used by someone else. For breakfast, the free refill system is only drinks, bread, cereal, and dessert. For the main course, we have to order and the system is per portion. There are only 2 choices of main courses, namely American (as in the photo) and Asian. The main course is made when we order, so when we eat it is still warm. The downside is that there are no directions on each floor, so when you first arrive it is quite difficult to find the room or gym.
