Overall, the friendliness, comfort and security are good.. the staff from check in to check out are very responsive to help our needs, it's just that the breakfast is not very varied but the lung soto is really delicious.. thank you Nemuru, our vacation was very memorable 🙏🏻

The best is easy access to Jaklingko, there is Netflix, the location is right behind Tebet Ecopark, there are lots of snacks and coffee shops. 🤩

The location is very strategic, close to Tebet Eco Park, easy to find food around the hotel. We like the room, spacious, clean, there is a balcony, very comfortable. For breakfast, the menu is a little less varied. Special request for complimentary birthday slice cake or card in the room was not given (maybe it was not provided, even though a note was given). Late check out until 13:00 is not allowed, we understand maybe it was full, but when checking out at 12 there were some who checked in and were allowed. Drinking water in the room is provided 2 bottles @ 500ml, charged if you ask for more. Overall quite satisfied staying at Nemuru MTH. Nice city view, okay room, friendly staff, clean swimming pool. Thank you Nemuru.

a very pleasant hotel experience and also very promising service, a fairly strategic location and close to Transjakarta bus stops, KRL stations and LRT stations. must prepare a deposit of 100 thousand when checking in.

First, the AC remote battery was missing, so the CS replaced the remote. Second, there was no TV broadcast. CS said they would call engineering to fix it, but in fact no engineering came. Third, the water in the toilet for flushing didn't turn on, so I had to rinse it from the shower. Fourth, there was no hot water. I was forced to take a cold shower at 10 pm. Is this a hotel or what? Please, management, improve the room facilities. I feel very disadvantaged.

The hotel is clean, only when I was there I couldn't think about the hot water because when I checked in it was already night, it turned out that the hot water wasn't on until the next morning, please improve the service before the customer enters the room, check again.

My bad experience in this hotel that I did not find in other hotels is the parking system which is very annoying because it was not informed in advance when checking in... it turns out that free parking is only valid for 20 minutes after the ticket is registered at the reception. When I checked in I had registered my vehicle but when I left the hotel at 5 am it turned out that I still had to pay 37 thousand for parking. Information from security was that I had to re-register the parking ticket to the receptionist and it turned out that the receptionist failed to register it in the system.. and asked me to tell them to open the door.. and I went back to the exit gate... but there was no security there.. the intercom with the parking attendant was in an unpleasant tone and did not even provide a solution.. finally, instead of waiting a long time, I finally paid my parking fee.. hopefully this does not happen to other guests

the place is comfortable. just a shame the card can't be used to ride the elevator because there is maintenance, so every time you take the elevator ask the staff. when you enter the room there is no insert card and for some reason you have to ask the staff to turn on the lights. another thing, the restaurant is not ready yet so you can't order food at night. but overall ok. the place is clean, comfortable, the new building doesn't seem to be so the place is still good.

Why is the breakfast like a 2 star, please improve the breakfast, increase the food, it's a 4 star, not a 2 star, how can it lose to Kuretakeso which also carries a Japanese concept. This hotel's only problem is the breakfast, the rest is really good
