Friendly staff. Good cleanliness. Room facilities are a bit lacking. There is no refrigerator (really needed) the sink when you shower only produces a little water (a trickle) the bathroom door cannot be locked. With a price that is considered middle to upper, there are no compliments such as sandals. Needs to be improved.

I stayed 1 night in a premium villa; very good for a staycation with family but it is very unfortunate that the bathroom door in room H5 makes a sound when someone opens and closes so it is difficult to close and if someone goes to the bathroom of course the door makes a lot of noise, it is very far from food places, you can't buy food in the villa, you have to go out of the villa area, the place to eat is also far from the villa

It's really worth it for those who have children, if you're too lazy to take them to the beach, you can swim right in front of your room and have privacy without having to go out. But strangely, the wifi went out in the middle of the night until we were about to check out, so my child was really annoyed and couldn't watch TV and I was too lazy to ask the hotel, so I just let it be. Hopefully it will be better next time.

I was disappointed that the electricity went out for more than half an hour on New Year's Eve, and the wifi quality was very bad, it kept disappearing. For service, if you ask for help, the response is good.
