Actually has improved compared with 4-5 months ago. The bath towels are white clean but somehow a bit smelly. The breakfast variety are not much better. Reception and other staff are helpful and friendly.

More upgrade for the breakfast, the taste was good. The room was clean. Overall was good, I love it, close to go to puri mall or lippo mall puri.

Front Desk, (Reception) are Friendly and Helpful. Our room near the main road very noisy. Breakfast the foods not many variety. Bathroom needs more attention like a soap bar, shower cap, hand towels, tissues. Shower wall needs to clean often to prevent from getting the growing mould. And there are bedbugs shed skin on the mattress if the housekeeping pay extra attention during cleaning he or she will notice. Overall we are happy with the service. Some improvement needs it.

Kamar nyaman dan bersih, tapi tidak diberikan bantal guling, dan kalau bisa ada sofa karena di kamar ada ruang kosong cukup besar yang seharusnya bisa dimanfaatkan.
