from entering the lobby it was very stuffy, I don't know if it was the AC or the room. then in the room the AC wasn't cold even though it was a central AC, the towels and sheets were clean, only the room sweeping and mopping could be improved because there was still a lot of dirt and cobwebs in the corners. for a very strategic location

The place is comfortable, but the lights are a bit dark, and the TV signal is bad, plus there is no trash can in the bathroom. The mineral water is also very small, there is no additional mineral water outside, but thank you for the service

Overall the facilities and cleanliness are OK, minus there are no hotel slippers and only 1 toothbrush for 2 people but it doesn't matter, the important thing is the location is easy to reach near Juanda airport so you can get to the airport on time, thank you.

We stayed last Saturday (25/1) in room 111. At first, we were surprised to get an AC like this. Because it's unusual. Hehe. But it's just as cold. Good. The cleanliness of the room is standard, but maybe it can be looked at again. Because in the bottom corner of the room there are still spider webs and longan seeds, maybe missed by the cleaning service. Overall, it's good. Recommended for those looking for cheap accommodation, spacious parking, easy access, and close to places to eat.

I am very satisfied staying here
Room: clean and spacious, there is a large window with a view, hanging wardrobe, TV table, very comfortable lights, there is a long and soft sofa chair
Bed: clean, soft and very comfortable
AC: works well
TV: works well, there is netflix
Bathroom: very clean, all facilities (toilet, sink, shower) work well, get 2 very clean towels, hot water shower works well, free amenities
Other facilities: comfortable lobby, elevator that works well, large parking lot, restaurant/cafe, can order food at a price around 30k
Suggestion:
not all rooms have sofa chairs, I ordered 2 rooms at the same price but 1 room did not have a sofa
