Cleanliness still need to be improved and room facilities is totally mess.

Just to old not internet in rooms must be in reception no hot water towels are so old and not stained TV Chanels are all local ac not to cool as room is so big construction noise all day cats meong all night booked 2 nights only staying 1.

No welcoming drink, no massage while it was mentioned on the facilities description. When I arrived the hotel staff watched me carry my luggage lol a first time for me in Indonesia hotels. The AC barely working I was sweating while the command showed 16°c and there was no way to change room after I complained while Bali's hot! The bedroom is not well maintained and there is a need to seriously restored the bedroom (see photos of the bathroom). No way for me to sleep like this my first time in Bali so I changed hotel while I wasn't refund. The woman at the reception was nice though and the view not bad but at the end of the day the bedroom is the most important thing. The pool is smaller than expected and there is a lil bit of herbs inside. It seems not maintained very well. I travel a lot so my judgment is not biased.

Service good, room also good but the AC no work very bed because I am stay in room must be open the clothes because very hot inside when they are charging the room the problem still same about the AC.

I'm sure this hotel look very nice about 15-20 years ago but currently it looks like no renovations or maintenance has been done for 10-20 years and because of this the building is starting to look very old. It's a shame because it could really be a nice hotel. The bungalows on the roof could be great, they are very big size but missing their potential. I guess the current pandemic has not helped as I guess they are cutting costs to save money, gardens were not maintained, there was no WiFi anywhere in the building, no cable channels, the lift was broken which is a very tiring walk to the top, (yes I could have stayed on the second floor so it was my choice to stay on top floor. The rooms look clean initially but check your feet after a minute and you will see the floor hasn't been mopped for a long time. The show was terrible, no hot water and zero water pressure so had to use the tiny shower in the bathtub to get clean which wasn't great. I was actually happy to leave and even checked out early which is a shame because I believe this hotel could be very nice, but it just isn't at the moment. I would however recommend this hotel only for a quick stopover if you can make do without WiFi.

building looks old, AC not cold, rooms are smelly, bed sheet has some stains.

The hotel staff was great. Easy check in, friendly service. However, I found it very strange that there is no WiFi in the rooms. We have to use the WiFi only in the common areas. That was a big issue for me. Also, the room was not great. Although it was very big and I liked that part, it was not very clean. The bathroom was not clean either. Floors were dusty. Towels were not clean. Toilet was dirty. Someone peed on the seat and it was not cleaned! Ew! Overall, it was just ok. Nothing great. I arrived at 10:30 pm and checked out at 7 a.m. So for that purpose it was ok. But I would not stay here for any length of time beyond an overnight trip. However, the food during breakfast was good with a range of excellent Indonesian breakfast staple items.
