Just to old not internet in rooms must be in reception no hot water towels are so old and not stained TV Chanels are all local ac not to cool as room is so big construction noise all day cats meong all night booked 2 nights only staying 1.

No welcoming drink, no massage while it was mentioned on the facilities description. When I arrived the hotel staff watched me carry my luggage lol a first time for me in Indonesia hotels. The AC barely working I was sweating while the command showed 16°c and there was no way to change room after I complained while Bali's hot! The bedroom is not well maintained and there is a need to seriously restored the bedroom (see photos of the bathroom). No way for me to sleep like this my first time in Bali so I changed hotel while I wasn't refund. The woman at the reception was nice though and the view not bad but at the end of the day the bedroom is the most important thing. The pool is smaller than expected and there is a lil bit of herbs inside. It seems not maintained very well. I travel a lot so my judgment is not biased.

Yang buat kecewa di ruang lobby baunya sangat tidak enak, seperti bau karpet tidak kering dan itu terasa banget setiap lewat, pengap kok bisa kerasan CS nya ya. Di kamar bathtub juga tidak ada penutupnya AC sudah kuno hampir tidak terasa dingin.

Semua ruangan sepi dan kesan horor saat kami ke atas. Suasana tidak layak buat hotel. Pengap dan bau tikus. Mudah mudahan tamu lain tidak mengalami hal yang sama. Kami baru survey langsung pulang dan cekout.

The hotel's strategic location in the Jimbaran area, but comfort is a bit less possible because the atmosphere is a bit dark at night so it feels like it's deliciously scary. Room cleanliness should also be improved. Yes, when compared with the price, it's okay, no further complaints.

Menurut aku pribadi, bagus nyaman dan bersih ya. Air panas ok, AC ok, seprei dan lain-lain wangi. Btw aku pesen 1 kamar untuk 3 orang dewasa, dan ruangannya masih gede dan nyaman. Paling suka kamar hotel dengan door window full glass kayak begini. Lokasi juga pinggir jalan, dekat dengan pom bensin, tempat makan.

Haduh jangan lagi-lagi deh nginep di hotel ini. Coz tahun baru hotel Bali semua habis jadi saya nginep di sini ambil 4 kamar tanpa liat review dulu. Keburu Qt ga dapet kamar serombongan. Kesan awal masuk merinding banget Qt dapet kamar 210, 207, 206 dan 208. Bangunan kuat tapi kesan horornya nyatu banget, angker. Saya di kamar 210 pukul 11.30 shower nyala sendiri, kran air nyala sendiri sampe 3-4x, akhirnya kami pindah kamar 206 kebetulan anak-anak dan ponakan kami ga berani. Belum suara-suara orang nggeret meja, orang ketuk-ketuk tembok sebelah, ketuk-ketuk pintu kamar masing-masing keluarga kami sambil tertawa-tawa. Lift rusak, kolam renang berlumut, selfie ada penampakan 😵‍💫. Suasananya bener-bener angker😫, alarm bunyi belum waktunya. Dan sebelum tidur kami solat dan ngaji dulu tapi langsung mati lampu semua kamar di lorong yang kami tempati. Semoga bisa jadi perhatian pihak managemen hotel 🏨

Doesn't match the photo at all. The place looks stalled (perhaps the impact of the pandemic), the lighting to the room is very minimal even though the rooms on the rooftoop are open (the concept is like a resort on the roof), tall weeds around the rooms, the rooms are filled with outdated items. I was given the very last room which finally made me not even dare to go to the room when I came home from traveling at night. Finally moved to find another hotel even though I had paid.

Ordered for husband and in-laws, actually the location is strategically close to everywhere, but I think the cleanliness has to be improved, right. In the morning, I woke up with red, itchy feet like they had been bitten by mites on the mattress, also the bathroom smelled a little less than good. Hopefully in the future it will be improved.
