especially the staff on the second floor are still not very friendly. and for the spa, I think it is still lacking because the massage and body scrub are done simultaneously, not one at a time, and what should be 90 minutes becomes around 60 minutes. the receptionist service is very good :)

Overall the hotel service is very good, it's just that the car parking problem was a problem because it coincided with a wedding party so the parking lot was full of party guests, I, as a hotel guest, was directed to park outside the hotel which was difficult because it was also raining that day, maybe it could be arranged if there was a wedding, the wedding guests could be directed to park outside, not the hotel guests, it could be arranged by looking at the hotel booking proof or others.

The location is strategic. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. We were allowed to check in early. That means a lot to newcomers like us who need to immediately clean ourselves and rest after a long journey.

It was still early at dawn when I went to the swimming pool, it was dirty, there were lots of cigarette butts scattered around, pampers and snack rubbish, then the pool took a long time to open, I had to call the receptionist twice, even though it was quite a long time apart. Then the toilet bidet in the room was leaking so it had to be turned off from the origin so the water wouldn't come on.
