Pleasant stay as always. The room was spacious and more air flow, the best swimming pool with beautiful set of palm trees like in LA😁 (my two kids really enjoy the pool), we love our view, the balcony with green landscapes was great. it feels like we go to a forest with all trees and fresh air. Strategic resort in the middle of the city, and its not just a hotel, its a home for us, we love Novotel, touching our hearth 😘👍can't wait for our next staycation

like usual clean and good service from the staff, friendly and nice.. the pool is kind dirty cause too many people on that time but I believe that the hotel management will check and ask the pool team to Clean up cause they are professional team. so far I still happy to stay there because the hotel is good the room is fabulous and the location is strategies near the Palembang Square mall one of the biggest mall in Palembang. the hotel is the one best in Palembang. thank you traveloka

The staff were friendly but gave me the wrong advice, suggesting a spa that turned out to be for men only. I stayed for 5 days and couldn't sleep every night because of loud music from the club. I called the Front Office at night, but they could only apologize. My business trip was tiring because of the lack of sleep. On the bright side, the food and ambiance were great, with lots of delicious options, and the staff were nice.

Receptionist ngga ramah dan sepertinya ngga hafal mana kamar smoking dan non smoking. Variasi breakfast di restaurant juga sedikit sekali padahal ini bintang 4.
