So impressive cause they applied covid protocol properly. In such conditions all we need is a comfort, clean and safe room to stay. Spending time in lobby restaurant with a cup of coffee and having tasty food of breakfast before starting a new day were more than enough for me.

Easy check in even though we were later than expected. They had strict rule in regards to Covid-19 issue. We were lucky to have prepared our Antigen result report to show upon arrival at check in desk. It showed us their concern on guest's safety. For now, that is most important to bring up on our review. Loved the stay!

The staff was friendly, but made me waiting 10-15 minutes to additional baby-coat and make a call twice then finally delivered the baby-coat. Atmosphere inside room and bathroom made me uncomfortable, the furniture 's already been old enough, dust on coffee tea area, the kettle 's very dirty and they didn't recognize inside bathroom at the ceilings were hang tissues, I can't take the pictures. That my hubby not recommended to take the pictures. Hope room and lobby its same pretty and clean. And also food in breakfast has variety and delicious food. Thankyou.

Perfect place for short trip or long trip. Excellent hospitality. Nearby paragon mall. Delicious foods (breakfast and dinner). Sometimes have live performance.

Pretty good hotel situated staff all very kind and helpful. Hotel well maintaned with interesting decoration in bedroom. Breakfast choise was various than the averagr.
