The facility is quite complete for a holiday even staycation, got some rooftop on it but feels quite empty up there. The pool cleanliness could be better and need improvements, the water feels sticky and moss is visible on pool sidings. Even the exterior light on the pool needs fixing. Other than that, this villa is great from being near to pandawa and melasti beach even GWK, accessibility is great. The staff friendliness is one of the best things here, very assistive and eager to help.

The villa is recommended for honeymoons/families who want a private holiday. Access to the rooms is also provided by shuttle. All the employees are also friendly, don't hesitate to ask the reception for tourist/culinary recommendations around the villa because they are very informative. I'm not happy😢. I checked in at 2.42pm. I was told to check out at 12 o'clock then I refused because my check in was not on time. I jumped in bathtub with full of flower and I found lots of caterpillars in the bathtub (I'm so freak out because I'm phobia of it) and I also can't use swimming pool because there is dead caterpillars. Around the villa area there are lots of caterpillars near the plants. Overall recommended to staycation.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts during stayed. First of all we would like to thank you for your positive feedback and deeply apology for the for things that makes you uncomfortable one. For check out time, it was clearly mentioned at 12pm when you booked the villa and we have new guest coming at the same villa on those day. We moved you to our spa room while you enjoyed our 1 hour massage as complimentary. We will more careful when placing the flowers, especially in the bathtub.
For caterpillars in the swimming pool, they always appear at the end of the rainy season, almost in all areas around Bukit experienced the same things, they are not dangerous, we are keep looking for solutions to minimize them.
Once again sorry for the inconvenience. Hope to see you again next holiday.

Although I understand they just reopening after pandemic but cleanliness really need to be improved. Linens got spots everywhere. Molds on the staircase inside the room. Kitchen utensils and cutlery need to wash again before use. And the swimming pool filter only works 1 hour per day and the water is a bit murky. So I don't use the swimming pool in the end. Hotel food is not too good either. And it's quite hard to find food around the hotel. The good part is the internet is fast. 5 minutes to pandawa beach and the hotel provide shuttle to pandawa beach and nearest indomaret. Room is very spacious with gazebo and sitting place at the rooftop. Atmosphere is very quiet. And they provide smart TV with netflix.
