The room smells of cigarettes, the floor is less clean, the mattress is not clean, WiFi is not on, there is a dusty air conditioner filter in the cupboard.

I checked in the night but still told to wait half an hour because the room hadn't been cleaned. Right until the pillowcase room is dirty, it hasn't been replaced, the bathroom is dirty, there are cigarette butts and lots of mosquitoes. there are only 1 towel, ask for additional towels and mosquito spray, the information is to wait until there are clean towels from the laundry, but until the morning I check out is not given.

Very bad. TV could not be used, the room was not like in the photo, less clean for a room whose color was predominantly white so shabby was very disappointing really disappointing.

Worse, just checked in, WiFi is off, he asked to change rooms booked full, he said, should be from the beginning in the info. No need, sell oyo. If the oyonya is not qualified. This is the standard stay. WiFi just died.

Unfriendly service staff I have stayed a few times at oylo 12422, the service provoked me to emotion, Last time I stayed I could not get toiletries such as soap, toothbrush and toothpaste as well.
