Sorry, the first time I stayed was very disappointing, in terms of service, room conditions, the bathroom tap water was dead, the toilet tap was dead, the AC & TV remote was dead, the bathroom was dirty, there was no soap. Although the location is strategic. In the future, pay more attention to the service and condition and cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

The staff and service are very good, the response is fast and good. But unfortunately the room condition is not good, the facilities are very lacking. Like the water is not on, no wifi, the mattress is a bit dirty, the drawers are very dirty, the reception area and parking need to be repaired again. My suggestion is maybe the management, cleanliness and facilities can be improved again. Thank you.

I've been locked inside the room because of the jammed key. Pressure pressure so low, not possible to get shower. Phone number of the Owner of property should be displayed in the room for emergency calling, otherwise we will only have Oyo reservation number which has no CS to talk. Thanks.
