location in the middle of the city, clean, neat and fragrant rooms, very clean bathrooms, smooth and clear water, friendly and responsive staff, provided gallons of hot water just to make coffee and tea or instant noodles.. the best, very recommended. thank you Wisma Bambu Syariah

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, there is wifi & hot water for bathing, the downside is there is no restaurant for breakfast, we have to look for it outside the hotel, actually they sell instant noodles but when we ordered they said they couldn't cook because the gas ran out 😁 what needs to be considered is the cleanliness in the lobby for check in/check out, the room smells a bit musty/smells of sweat, the alley to the hotel/lodging is narrow, otherwise it's ok.

Recommendations for finding cheap, clean accommodation close to the city center.

This is the second time we have ordered, when checking in the staff was very friendly and explained in great detail and most importantly the room and toilet were clean. Access to the city is also very close.

Saya mau sedikit cerita, saya melakukan pesanan lewat traveloka, karena saya rasa tidak bisa check in sampai dengan jam 23.00 karena perjalanan macet banget, sehingga saya coba untuk kontak ke no properti yang ada di alamat di web, dan juga kontak lewat customer service, namun no telp yang tertera di web dan yang diberikan oleh CS tidak ada yang bisa dihubungi. Sehingga saya tidak bisa check in padahal saya sudah transakai pembayaran untuk q kamar. Yaa mudah-mudahan ada no kontak yang bisa dihubungi oleh customer apabila ada keperluan yang harus dikoordinasikan ke pihak hotelnya. Sehingga tidak terjadi lagi hal-hal yang seperti saya alami. Kalo review secara kamar atau lokasi sepertinya dari penilaian banyak customer udah cukup baik.

Saya kecewa karena semua fasilitas tidak baik. Sprei kotor, air di kloset tidak hidup. Di depan toilet tidak ada alat alas kaki. AC kurang dingin, tidak dapat air mineral, perlengkapan mandi, handuk cuma 1 per kamar.

Clean and in the middle of the city, highly recommend.

The room was dirty, the sheets had not been changed, and there were lots of traces of inappropriate liquids on the sheets and pillows. The pillow also smells musty. I was told not to lock the fence, because I was coming home in the middle of the night, but it was still locked, and as a result I had to wait 30 minutes in front of the fence.
