Even for the standard room size, the size of the room is quite spacious and is accompanied by a bathtub in the bathroom. Warm water works all the time. Unfortunately, the old condition is nothing to do with it except for a total renovation and a total replacement of all old furniture with new ones.

Including the old hotel in Pekanbaru which was formerly known as the Ladiva Hotel. No need to expect too high because it must also be adjusted to the budget. I stayed in a deluxe type room and it was quite according to my expectations. The bathroom uses bathtubs and is fairly clean for an old hotel. It's just very clear when I check-in that the sheets and blankets are not replaced because they look brownish, how come, especially during a pandemic season like this, fortunately I always carry spray disinfectant with me. The WiFi network also didn't reach my room at 303. But cable TV channels were quite varied. And can soak in warm water in bathtubs. Because I have a quite memorable New Year's moment here, I can forgive some of the shortcomings.

There is no telephone, you cannot contact the receptionist to just ask for the WiFi password or other things that are lacking, there is no water heater but tea or instant coffee is not available. The cooler is not maintained and others that cannot be mentioned.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious enough for the AC to be very cold. Access everywhere to find food is very easy. It's just that the situation in the light room is too dim. In the future, the smog of the room lights will be even better, and if possible, on each headrest or desk lamp, it will be an electric socket so that the cell phone will be charged.

The customer service is not friendly .. The rooms are stuffy and dirty .. The sheets were not replaced, still a lot of blood and rust on the sheets ... The room was not cleaned .. The bathroom was dark and the hot water didn't work .. _ This hotel needs maintenance_
