I should enjoy this hotel but somehow it didn't met my expectations with their service. start from No mineral bottle in room , no bath equipment (except towel) which usually OYO always provide

when we're check in, there is no towel inside the rooms, reception said that towel will ready in the morning, and the staff will deliver it to my rooms, but until we had check out, nothing. No hot water in the bathroom, and some rooms are stopped and also dark water. but anyway the rooms are comfortable, especially the bed. enjoy your trip.

I stayed for 3 nights, but there is no housekeeping to clean up my room every morning. They didn't change the towel, swap the floor, or even refill the mineral water. No phone in each room, so we have to walk down the stairs to get help. Then the water doesn't come out when crowded.

unsatisfactory service ... really minimal facilities ... no water, no toothpaste, shampoo ... ac is not cold at all..booking for one bed was given twin beds even though I booked it from the day before ... very disappointing ... very. . not rich in the next application which is complete and comfortable
