The room smells and the pillowcases smell when we asked for a replacement pillowcase they said there were no spares at all, the reason being that all the rooms were full, they should have spare sheets and pillowcases, there were no towels, the color was dull.

Online booking is very cheap, but the facilities are not so good, the AC is leaking, the bathroom handle is broken, the shower is dead. And there is no mineral water. After complaining to the receptionist. They didn't even apologize at all.

1. The hotel location is very strategic to go anywhere, around the hotel there are many culinary and cafes. 2. The hotel rooms need renovation because some rooms have leaking ceilings when it rains, water enters from the hotel glass, the TV cannot be turned on, the bathroom sink is leaking, the room's AC is time to be cleaned so that it doesn't drip onto the bed, an unpleasant odor along the hotel room's hallway.

Access to room d on the 3rd floor uses stairs because the elevator is broken. Room condition: ceiling is broken and patched, AC is not cold, bed is not comfortable. Bathroom: shower has no water so you have to use a bucket.

The staff was very friendly, because arriving in Banda Aceh it was midnight I looked for a hotel with a low rate just to take a shower and lie down. I got this hotel with a rate of Rp. 239K, when checking in deposit Rp. 100K. This is enough here, with rooms in this condition, without toiletries and mineral water, the price is relatively high compared to others in its class. There is a TV but the LCD is broken, it's just a display to beautify the room. Even if you have to come here, you might need to bring rat poison which might have come in from the upper ceiling which has been torn apart.

Highly not recommended. I booked for 3 days, but in terms of facilities and service it was very bad. There are many other OYOs that are cheap but satisfying. Amenities are not provided, the bathroom smells of urine, the roof is moldy and the room is damp, the bed sheets are yellow-stained, mineral water is not provided, the shower is broken, the water heater is not working, the walls are peeling, the TV is broken. And the most gong receptionist named Ahyan Rizki has no manners. Rude and arrogant. There is a rule that guests only arrive until 10 (at night), after 10 minutes my room was knocked on and I was rushed so I didn't have time to wear a headscarf. Threatened to be charged. Surprised, this boarding house or hotel has a curfew. Until I checked out that night even though it was supposed to be tomorrow! 🤬💢🦶🏾

It's crazy to order 2 rooms for the family. The bed sheets had black stains and maybe sperm stains hahah I'm really disgusted. The TV was broken, the room was damp and a bit smelly, strangely, when I spoke to the receptionist, he was answered curtly "it's also cheap". Very bad

Thank God, I didn't feel like the others, he said he asked for more money, more money, but he was asked for a deposit of 100 thousand to replace it if the key was lost, only because the money wasn't lost, it was returned again ☺ I hope the service will be better, bro, next time I go to Banda I'll come here again , the only note is that soap wasn't provided, the AC wasn't too cold, and the towels were a bit dirty so you used your own. The lobby is very comfortable.

Need to pay 15 % while check in. Hotel facilities not working as well such as water heater, wastafel, and shower. Hopefuly all crew especially management can fix it as soon as possible. Point plus is, bedroom is big enough as a photo.
