"I stayed at the Pacific Palace Hotel Batam from 11/5 to 12/5. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and modern bathroom. However, the Wi-Fi connection was slow at times. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of options. The hotel 's location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its value and services. Rating: 4/5 stars.".

AC was not cold, we don't feel safe as someone kept on ringing our door bell. We didn't even stay until morning and moved to another hotel, although we booked for free breakfast.

Stay at room is ok but the surrounding is horrible inside the balcony my girlfriend wake up in the middle of the night night saw a person shadow sitting at the room chair, the place is haunted
