The hotel looks luxurious from the outside, but the lobby area looks old, maybe because of lack of maintenance so it's a bit spooky because it's connected to the karaoke pub area. The room is spacious but the bed is a bit sore. There are stains on the sheets. Overall it's okay to stay here because it's only 1 night and with harbor bay. Oh yeah, there's a free drop off shuttle to the mall at specified times.

"I stayed at the Pacific Palace Hotel Batam from 11/5 to 12/5. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and modern bathroom. However, the Wi-Fi connection was slow at times. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of options. The hotel 's location was convenient, with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its value and services. Rating: 4/5 stars.".
