The staff is really friendly, kind and always smiling. The food is delicious. It's worth it for the price of 400, you can also get breakfast. The food is also delicious, only the parking lot is not big enough, only the valet helps. I'm satisfied with the service.

I stayed here for 1 night, we had a trouble with the sink and toilet door. The hotel's staff is very quick response, we're not waiting longer to have an engineer coming to our room to fix the trouble. All staffs are so friendly. You totally show us how friendly Semarang hospitality is. Thank you so much. For those who are looking for a strategic yet affordable price hotel, I recommend this hotel ❤

The hotel is quite old. But the facilities and services are still okay.
No need to be afraid of being hungry because there is a McDonald's near the hotel.
The restaurant variants are really lacking, I've stayed at a hotel with the same stars, the variants are more.
And one more thing about the taste is not very good.
Hopefully one day I will go there again, everything will be better.

I booked 2 Family Rooms, I arrived at the hotel almost at 3 pm, but only 1 room was ready. They said that the other room was still being cleaned and would be ready in about 1 hour, even though the check-in period was 2 pm. The room condition was quite good with 1 king size bed and 1 single bed. But one of the bathroom closet bolts came off the floor, so if you don't sit down carefully, you could fall. I wanted to ask for a room change, but they said there weren't any. The hallway to the elevator was quite far and rather dim, causing an uneasy feeling (spooky) because it passed through rows of meeting rooms with Javanese-style carvings, maybe the lighting needs to be added.
The breakfast menu was quite varied, but the taste was still lacking.
The swimming pool was quite OK.
The Fitness Center facility was too small with little equipment.
But with the price offered being quite cheap, this hotel is actually quite good for the size of the room and bed and its strategic location.
