Checked in around 19:00 and it was raining, but the security guard had no initiative at all to just hold an umbrella for me who was busy taking out my suitcase. When checking in, the receptionist at the front desk was unfriendly and uninformative. Requested a twin bed in a non-smoking room on Traveloka, but it turned out that twin beds were only available for smoking rooms. Entering the room, there was a window but only saw a wall. When I wanted to take a shower because I was tired and wanted to go to bed quickly, the shower faucet handle immediately fell off when I held it, aka it had been broken for some time but had not been fixed. WOW. The parking lot also smelled of the gutter. The toilet water was also green and the smell was quite disturbing. The room itself was actually quite comfortable. The bed was comfortable, there was a sofa and a refrigerator too, the wifi was decent, the lighting was not too bright so it was good for resting, the bathroom floor itself was not slippery. Breakfast was pretty good, standard. At that time the choices were quite varied. But the downside was the one above. I probably wouldn't want to come back to this hotel, unless I had to.

Good location, friendly staff but this is old hotel so I'm not expecting too much about the clean Bathroom, the odor is strong from sewer, and broken facility

Staying with 2 vehicles, checking out at 11 with 1 vehicle for a short time, at 12 came back to pick up the other vehicle, suddenly the security guard "gave me a lecture" without any friendliness at all, using a high tone as if I had made a big mistake, was it wrong to park 1 vehicle for a short time? Does it take up a large and wide parking lot? Unless we are outsiders who asked for parking at the hotel, please reprimand us
