Very very bad experience here:
1. There are COCKROACHES in the bathroom even though the water channel is closed
2. The sheets and pillowcases smell musty (already asked for a change and finally got it on the second day)
3. The bathroom door is rotten and can't be closed
4. The room phone doesn't work, even to call the receptionist
5. Standard food and not many variations
Overall, very overpriced for a hotel price around 700 thousand/night in Aceh. Not worth it.

There is shark meat, haha, there is a park right in front of the hotel, the grand mosque is less than 1 km away (if you walk), close to SMAN 1 and SMPN 1 Banda Aceh, overall it is clean, comfortable, worth it for the price, the housekeeping helped me when I accidentally broke a bottle, the receptionist was also friendly

The receptionist was confused about guest reservations when checking in. The condition of the room's wood frames needs to be renovated. It looks like the hotel needs to renovate some parts of the hotel interior. The food for breakfast could possibly be better, in terms of taste it is quite good but too dry.

Staying here for the third time, but this time a little disappointed. When checking in the wait took too long because the room was not ready. The staff at check out was not friendly. The AC in the room was not cold even though I had complained and had it checked by the staff. The room space feels narrow and not as large as stated in the description, even though you take a large room. The variety of food at breakfast was quite varied, but it was a shame that when we stayed the fried rice smelled stale, perhaps the raw material (rice) was available yesterday. The bedroom needs maintenance, especially the wallpaper and AC. The bathroom also needs maintenance, the water is small and the shower has a lot of crust. Hopefully with new management, Grand Arabia can still maintain service quality & maintenance.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly in assisting with the check-in process, as well as helping direct guests to the location of the hotel room they were going to. This hotel is very affordable, located in the city center and there are many choices of activities around it that tourists can do, one of which is jogging or taking a leisurely walk at Blang Padang Square, etc. Maybe a little note to pay attention to the hotel WiFi, because the hotel WiFi network access is completely unreachable in some rooms.
