If you plan to arrive earlier than the hotel’s check-in time and want to be sure you will get your room, then we suggest you to booked also the night before. CHECK-OUT Check-out is at midday. If you require a later check-out, please contact our staff before 11 AM on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee that it would be possible. A charge may be applied depending on availability. Any delay to checked-out will result an extra night being added to the final bill. Pratasaba Resort can accommodate guest luggage complimentary at the reception after check-out time if needed.

Saroja suite was great. Easy access with private jetty & close to main attractions in Derawan islands.

very rude staff. Heavenly white beach that as soon as you pass the pier is full of garbage, plastic and bottles. They don't clean. Asked for breakfast in the room that never arrived, complaining and they also laughed in my face. they wanted to charge us for the service for the scooter after saying that the tank was low. I asked for a lunch box without chicken and they made it with chicken demanding that I pay for it. They smoke and throw cigarette butts on the ground in the middle of the nature of the resort. Diving is very expensive. The resort is immersed in construction with all the bricklayers around making a mess and the lawnmower that goes all day. The staff is terrible. There are 1000000 working and they don't want to do anything. It was a terrible experience because of them. In fact I recommend you stay at the village and not here.
