the staff was slow respond, all the floor are wet during stay because raining all the day, my MIL and nephew even slipped cos' the wet floor. we book unit for 3 rooms for for 4 adults 4 teenagers and 3 kids, our 3 kids have to pay extra cos' they only allowed 6 people for 1 unit.

Starting from check-in, I was very satisfied until I entered the room, it was amazing, it really matched what I read in the review, I was only in transit for a day but it was a shame to leave because I could rest comfortably with my family. There were 8 of us, it was perfect with the facilities, there were 3 rooms and all the facilities in the room were functioning well👍👍👍 very complete, even the eating and cooking equipment .... Highly recommended for families with many members. Thank you very much to the receptionist and the part that prepared the room, I will come back to this place if I visit or transit in this city.👍 (Room 3 - Bathroom 2)

4 days 3 nights staying in a nice apartment, clean, the staff is very friendly, in WA asked for help wifi not connecting to cellphone came quickly, there is a swimming pool & gym room, but when I wanted to go up to the top floor the atmosphere was like horror but actually crowded, check in & out was fast not complicated, there is also laundry delivered to the front door of the room. Next time if I go to Batam, I will stay here again.

I was shocked at first because there was a bit problem when I wanted to check in. But the staff gave me an extra facility to upgrade my room with free charge. My experience staying here was great, the staff is nice, helpful, and the room feels like home, also the building is near various popular spots in Batam. I am satisfied and can't wait to stay here again.
