One of the nicest hotels I ever stayed. Friendly staff, great room, as mine was on the ground floor, rear most room, so it is directly connected t the pool behind our window. Great for swimming, until 11 PM.
We plan to stay there again one day.

location is okay..but the access is difficult..i stayed during the rainy season..the road was badly flooded..had to take a boat to cross to the car..fix the drainage channel on the access road to the hotel..so it doesn't happen again..regarding the hotel and the service, honestly it's really good. only the access road to the hotel is this 😅

fast check in process, friendly staff, delicious & varied breakfast, very cool swimming pool..
the disadvantages are: a hotel this big only has 3 lifts, where 1 is being repaired, 1 is far from the lobby, so only 1 can be used.. the location of the hotel is a bit inside from the main road, so it's a bit difficult to find food near the hotel..
the room is spacious & clean, there is a balcony facing the pool, but when you open the balcony door, the air becomes humid, the floor of the room is dewy, so it's wet and very slippery..

The service is good, the room is clean, but the only problem is that the lift is not working so you have to queue when you get on the lift and the cleanliness of the hotel corridor is not well maintained.

the deluxe pool view order had an explanation of a balcony in the app, when I arrived I didn't know there wasn't one so I added 200k to get an upgrade with a balcony, please check the details in the explanation in the app again, it's annoying if it turns out not to be the same. other than that everything was ok..breakfast was just B..there were a lot of Indian guests having breakfast and all the bread was touched with their hands just to check if it was warm or not 🫣
