For the first time I was disappointed staying at a hotel, it was really bad, starting from the bathroom water which flowed really small, no toiletries were given, I had to ask the maid, I had to ask for additional towels, 2 were not immediately available in the room, dirty as if not cared for, dim lights because there is 1 lamp that is off, the ac is really noisy like the old ac. Bottom line disappointed! For those who want to stay here, think again!

Tempatnya lumayan bersih dan nyaman, parkir mobilnya pun cukup luas, hanya agak kecewa karena TV di kamar tidak berfungsi/rusak, dan agak kecewa karena waktu saya pesan melalui aplikasi saya pesan berikut extrabed, tetapi di data hotel tidak tertera extrabed, akhirnya saya harus mengeluarkan biaya kembali untuk tambahan extrabed, terima kasih.

Only 1 towel was given, asked for additional towels, said they were finished. Even though check in is at 3pm, a hotel class can run out of towels 😏. The electric socket for cellphone chargers is rather difficult because behind the bed, the ceiling has water seepage in room 211. The wallpaper on the walls is peeling off, the mattress is also too sinking if you sleep together. Hopefully there will be better treatment. At night a lot of young people hang out in front of the security guard post, so it's not comfortable. Thank you 🙏.

I ordered a deluxe room, as stated in the drawing, the room was very spacious with a single bed and there was a sofa in the room. But when I arrived, I got a double bed. without prior notice, even though I ordered a deluxe one. Quite disappointed and had wanted to question this, but it didn't work because I was very tired and wanted to take a break at that time. Maybe next time if there is a difference, the room can be confirmed first to the buyer.

The message is a twin bed and double bed, so it is difficult to sleep, not in accordance with the photo cleanliness is lacking. On the stairs, there are so many rolls of dust that are very visible, to go up to the second floor that you have to carry things up stairs without being offered any help at all. Even though the stairs are quite high, yes, hopefully there are improvements. So as not to be inferior to the budget hotels in the vicinity that are far cleaner and friendlier and more comfortable.

The room is very spacious for that price, it looks like the room is not maintained, the bathroom is clogged, the bathroom lock is not functioning, the walls of the room are a lot of former cobwebs. There is no restaurant for dinner or breakfast. The air conditioner is quite cold.

The room is spacious and comfortable, I checked out at 5:00 am and was prepared by the breakfast chef egg yolk and tempeh orek, delicious too, only the room was a little dirty even though I asked for help to be cleaned again, I stayed in room 112 there was a torn wallpaper and the lights went out, but so far so good, the room was comfortable.

The hotel is quiet, comfortable because it enters the housing complex, but at night the access to the hotel is very difficult because some access roads are closed at the security guard of the complex so they have to spin around looking for other roads.
