There is no hot water, the swimming pool cannot be used, lots of ants, there are bits of sand on the bed🤦🏼♀️ towels are dirty and yellow, no tea, sugar, coffee. Really not worth the price of 350 thousand🥹😂🥲

The view of the hotel is cool, there is a swimming pool but I don't dare to take a shower because it's really cold hehe, the staff is friendly, the rooms have a traditional aesthetic feel, close enough to Kawah Putih, Situ Patenggang, the cold air is really nice, hot water is ready too so you don't get cold if you want take a shower, basically if you go to Ciwidey you will definitely stay here again

The view of the top room is good, the staff is also friendly, it's just that the terrace is not very clean because there is a lot of lizard droppings, you don't get a toothbrush and toothpaste, there are no restaurant facilities or stalls to buy supplies while staying.

Tempat nya nyaman cuman waktu kesini kolam nya belum diisi jadi ga bisa berenang. Di kamar villa puspa mohon maaf sedikit bocor pas hujannya agak besar tp overall it 's ok.

Overall, everything is good, but the thing that made the phone leak when it was raining was that the phone was being charged when it hit water, hahaha, there was just an accident. BTW, this is the top room for the nice view, nice place.

Chaotic. Ordered an executive double and got a jasmine type room🤬when I complained it was said that it was already late at night as much as possible🖕it would be a mess. The room smells of rat urine. Be careful, guys, if you want to stay here. Don't get zonked like me.

Not bad for that price. Clean rooms, clean toilets, good views. Just a suggestion for pillows and bolsters is to wash them because when you open the bolster cover you can smell urine.

The hotel is good, the view is good and the rooms are large but it is a shame that the amenities and maintenance, especially the cleanliness of the rooms and the water heater, lack maintenance. Some rooms have pillows that smell like they are rarely replaced. It looks like the cats like to roam around but are clean, but unfortunately there is 1 cat that is not being looked after. Hopefully the cat can be made fat again because there are cute cats roaming around here. Oh yes, I hope there can be more room types in this app.
