The room looks clean but there are no towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste like most hotels and the mattress is itchy, the sheets have stains and the blanket has mold, maybe it's just cleanliness but I get itchy sleeping here.

i checked in at night but only stay there for 40 minutes and we can’t stand the wall mold so we moved to another place, it stinks so bad and make us hard to breathe. they don’t even clean the trash bin, the trash from another guest r still there. the air con doesn’t work it’s broke, i know it’s cheap but alot of hotels or room with the same price as this place has better quality than this one. there’s no towel at all and i ask the butler for a towel n the towel looks like it comes from a colonial era😭 it stinks n from white turn to yellow (almost brown)😭 so yea guys you better do some renovation n deep cleaning for ur hotel, for the black things in your sheets just use some bleach, dish soap with hot water so it will come off 😭 as a hotelier i feel bad to write this review but i hope u guys can accept it as an advice 😭🙏🏻

The hotel staff was friendly when they helped me check in to the hotel.

The service and facilities are okay, but the cleanliness and comfort are not considered, the room is stuffy, dusty, and smells musty. Well, according to the price, it's cheap and cheerful.

The atmosphere is comfortable, but the staff didn't ask whether I wanted my room cleaned or not.

Entering the room, you immediately see that the mattress has stains, the AC or remote is broken, the room is stuffy and smells musty, there are no towels.

The location is okay but the facilities are lacking. No towels, no soap, very slow wifi. The only plus is cold AC and spacious parking.

Not suitable for tourists or people on business trips to the city of Mataram to stay here. The place is quiet, there are lots of snack and drink sellers near the location but the bed is not comfortable.

Hot water was not available, which was always available when I stayed there previously, the water pipes were clogged to the point of pooling, the room did not smell nice, and it was not very clean.

The owner is friendly, the rooms are nice, but damp.

Dirty bed linen. Not given towels. The soap is out.
