In the bathroom: there are towels left by previous guests hanging
A little disappointed with the reasonable price but there is no hot water, even though the area is already in the upper area which is cooler
There is a table, but no chairs

Quiet spacious for 200k price. The air condition and water heater worked well. The location is strategic although located in a narrow street. Unfortunately they didn’t maintained the cleanliness, there were leaks from the window, stains on the bed sheets, and the bathroom was smell bad. That would be lovely if the management do improvement in the cleanliness

Strategic location, there is public transportation in front of it, there are many Padang rice stalls, Yomart, don't worry about being hungry because many stalls are open until night, the air is cool, no need for air conditioning, it's already cool on the second floor

Experience Staying here: The fun: - Strategic location to everywhere because it is in Dagi atas. - Many foods & Coffee Shops nearby so it's easy to snack/drink coffee. - Got 2 mineral waters & liquid soap available. - Got 2 clean towels. - Clean room conditions. - Cold AC. - The staff is also friendly. - No one knocked to ask us to check out. Safe until our check out time. Input: - If possible there is a toothbrush. - Brighter lights in the room corridor. - The toilet is indeed old, it would be better to maximize its cleanliness. The staff did not take the initiative to help lift the suitcase. Pretend not to see. Even though when he saw him he was joking with his friend. Dirty room. Dusty. Dirty bathroom. AC is noisy. Not worth it.

The receptionist is friendly and helpful when there is an error in the booking date, I want to reschedule because the app itself cannot and has been paid in full. Now for cleanliness it is lacking. The photos are deceiving, the reality is dirty in almost every aspect. On the sheets there are lots of spots and strands of hair. The room smells musty, the corridor floor outside the room looks like it's never been cleaned. The price of 200 thousand a night should be even cleaner. It's better to look for 400-500 thousand a night but clean and comfortable. Sorry RedDoorz, your first and last for me.

The room smells of cigarettes. The towels weren't replaced, the room wasn't cleaned the next day so there were cockroaches, mineral water wasn't filled anymore. When I stayed there were students or occupants whose voices were very noisy, exceeding the time limit for other residents to rest. Officers or security have no initiative to reprimand them, thus making other residents uncomfortable.

Baru masuk, kamarnya bau rokok sprei ntah di ganti / tidak, ada noda darah dan banyak rambut rontoknya 😣. Toiletnya bau lembab & jamur. Perlu ditingkatkan lagi perawatan properti.
