Booked the most expensive room but was given a room that smelled of cigarettes even though it was non-smoking, asked to move and was given a room on the 3rd floor, the room was quite big but the AC wasn't cold at all, the bathtub was dirty and full of sand, the floor and mirrors were all dirty, there were no toiletries, asked to move rooms again because I couldn't stand the heat and was given a twin room and it turned out that the AC wasn't cold at all, I went back and forth asking the receptionist and finally decided to check out at 9pm even though check in was at 5 😭 very very bad experience, at least clean the room if someone wants to check in.

The lock must be fixed, it is difficult to open and the inside is given a safety latch, then other guests or employees are noisy and disturb the sleep of the bathroom, toilet, bathtub, please improve the cleanliness of the towels, they should also be there when checking in, this is what it is, waiting a long time several times to the receptionist. Please improve the cleanliness again. And comfort.

There is a hole in the roof, big rats come out from the roof. Cleanliness must be very much considered, especially in the Cupboard and Bethub. The AC is also not cold. The door lock is also stuck.

The hotel was really dirty, the mattress especially the toilet was so black it smelled so bad and the bathtub was yellow with moss, there were no towels either. The AC is hot, the TV is off.

Sorry this was earlier. I rivw according to what I experienced during my stay…. 1. Hot water is off. 2. No WiFi support. 3. The bathroom smells of urine. 4. The tap water in the morning comes out black like sewage water. 5. The walls of the room are dirty. 6. The high school sheets look dirty. Sorry, I was going to stay 2 nights, but my child didn't feel comfortable so finally moved to verse 🙏 I hope it can be heard and corrected.
