it was great experience. spacious room, clean, and I love the pillow so much. breakfast have a lot of variant menu but for gelato I should pay one scoop 35 rb. I also love that hotel have skybridge to mall

A very nice stay, we stay for honeymoon and they gave us warm welcome, cakes, and super service. Thank you Resinda. I also try the Chinese restaurant, very nice and also the breakfast nice.
will come back to try the Japanese rest.
Also the shower and baththub are nice, they use Grohe for the shower!

its a great hotel, unfortunately, water pipe broken during our stay. though it fixed it required some time to complete that we as guest, need to use pool shower room
BUT, the hospitality never fade from the hotel and we've got so many complimentaries ensuring the quality of hotel services. incident we encountered hope would be a lesson learned for the hotel for the efficiency time consider the hotel was full booked as the long holiday
