The room was comfortable, it was just a shame that when we stayed there the lights went out so we had to sleep in the car. There should have been a generator.

The hotel is easily accessible by online motorcycle taxi, and not too far from the city center. There is no elevator so you have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor.

For a hotel of its class, it is very clean, but the service is not very friendly. I lifted my suitcase and was only looked at, the receptionist should be friendlier. The cleanliness of the room and hotel is good, but the room is very small, the price difference is only to differentiate which floor. There are many unreasonable charges, starting from bringing electronics other than hotel contents will be charged 50/item, and so on.

Alhamdulillah cukup nyaman awalnya tetapi ketika lagi lagi westafelnya belum memadai untuk kesiapan pemakaian, jadi harus diputar bawahnya setiap kali ingin menyalakan air dan juga kecoak yang muncul dari bawah kasur tiba-tiba demikian saya harap lebih ditingkatkan lagi wassalam π.

Hotelnya bagus, lumayan bersih. Pegawai-pegawai hotelnya juga ramah-ramah. Check in dan check outnya cepat. Kamarnya memang kecil, tapi ya sesuai harga. Air mineral dan alat mandi juga disediain. Yang kurang cuma pemanas air di kamar mandinya ga berfungsi.

Very bad service, I was charged many times. Very unfriendly. I carried my own things to the room without any help from the staff. When I checked out after a few minutes I was immediately charged again even though I just wanted to pick up the items left behind and pray before checking out. Very cramped room. There is only a small bar of soap, no toothbrush. When I checked out no one helped me carry things out. Too bad to recommend.

Guests arrive at the hotel around 9 am while check-in time is at 14.00. conditions stated at the time of reservation via Traveloka. Because the guest wants to rest immediately in the room, the receptionist offers to pay for early check-in and the guest immediately agrees without raising any objections. 2. When checking in, it has been informed that the check out time is at 12.00 so that just before check out time, guests have been informed that the tolerance for late check out is a maximum of 30 minutes, but guests leave the room around 13.00 past so by the system it is automatically counted late check out. 3. Regarding the size of the room area, the information is clearly stated on Traveloka, so that it can help guests to know the condition of the room before making a reservation, as well as our hotel is equipped with adequate prayer room facilities if the room is considered uncomfortable for praying. 4. In the future, we hope that we can adjust the rate of the selected hotel so that it can meet expectations for the facilities and conditions of the room that will be used. That's what we can clarify for your review, hopefully it will be input for both parties. Thank you for your attention.

My experience 2 days stay. The inn is nice, clean, safe and comfortable, got towels and soap. On the 2nd day the towels were replaced with new ones and got 2 bottles of drinking water. It's recommended.

The hotel made a guest capacity policy with the customer but when the customer asked for a deposit refund, suddenly the policy just disappeared and didn't want to return the deposit, I as a customer felt cheated by that and was greatly harmed.

Thank you for choosing Revira Inn as your accommodation choice. Regarding your review regarding Hotel Policy (in this case our hotel room capacity) and Deposit. The room capacity policy on the Traveloka application is very clear that each room is occupied by a maximum of 2 pax, and has also been conveyed by the reception crew at check-in, but with a total of 3 rooms that you use, the room is occupied by a total of 12 people which is already violates the capacity policy which is clearly stated in the T&C on the Traveloka Application and what the reception crew has conveyed when you check in. So it is very reasonable for the hotel to apply a charge for the excess capacity. Therefore, the hotel does not harm at all, let alone commit fraud as you mentioned in the review.

Fasilitas sangat bagus...kamar bersih...lokasi strategis...harga murah serasa hotel bintang 3...smua pegawai ramah kecuali satu org perempuan nggk pakai jilbab pelayananx kurang menyenangkan, tidak ramah, jutek dan tdk prnah senyum. smoga ke depannya bisa menyeleksi pegawai yg lbh ramah lagi agar pelanggan merasa nyaman dan kembali menginap ke hotel.
