first time here, the staff is friendly. check in time is fast. the room is spacious, clean and neatly arranged, the bathroom is also clean. the breakfast is varied, the food is quite delicious. want to come here again.

for the standard price & worth it yah .. yesterday I ordered a deluxe twin room but finally asked to upgrade to a deluxe double twin room so I could get a pool view and the process was very easy assisted by the very friendly staff. for the room I think everything is okay, it's just lacking in the TV, it's not a smart TV yet. but it's safe during the holidays, the kids also don't watch YT all the time hehe. hopefully it can be upgraded soon. the hotel is also kids friendly, there is a children's & adult swimming pool, there is also a playground. if I'm not mistaken, especially on weekends, the restaurant & cafe are open until 11 pm. the atmosphere in the hotel is also not creepy. for the food during breakfast at the restaurant, it tastes good. only the fruit takes a while to refill, and the dessert is not complete. A little advice from me, hopefully in the future this hotel will provide an indoor playground, a more varied breakfast menu, and if possible provide a warm water pool for children hehe .. the rest is okay and we are very satisfied staying at this hotel ☺️

Even though I checked in at 2, I arrived at the hotel at half past one and was immediately allowed to enter the room. The bathroom was clean, fragrant, the downside was that all the room lights weren't on 😂 Overall, it's okay for that price

Order a deluxe room with breakfast, ask for a connecting room, given a facing room The facilities are ok, the food is ok, the service is ok
Order dinner fried chicken breast with sambal matah (including rice) + special fried rice (there are 2 skewers of satay, small pieces of chicken, fried egg), use a 20% voucher from the hotel, 2 fried chicken with sambal matah + 3 fried rice cm abs 160k
Complete breakfast menu
There is a coffee bar, garden, swimming pool, fish pond, every corner is very aesthetic
The downside is that my room smells of cigarettes.

friendly staff, the surrounding environment is still okay, we chose an executive room but it's like a regular room, the telephone in the room can't be used and the bathroom in the attic is open, and the room is not very clean and the bedroom lights can't be turned on either. we were forced to sleep with the lights very bright, a bit disappointed with the executive room but it's not like that, we've paid a lot of money again.....

The hotel is nice, quite good, but at night from the upper floor there is the sound of tables or chairs being moved until dawn but during the day there is no sound. As for the food, there is quite a lot of variety and the taste is quite good.

The room was clean, the air conditioning was quite cold, the view was good (city light), but the extra bed was not very comfortable because the foam mattress was thin so you could really feel the springs of the foam mattress (spring bed), maybe because the mattress was old.

Ordered food at a restaurant, waited for about 1 hour, really long until I was noticed 2-3 times. Even though I only ordered 1 drink and 1 food. And for a hotel class, the chocolate drink was not appropriate, it tasted like a sachet of beng-beng drink for 25k and ordered spaghetti aglio olio, the contents were only spaghetti, garlic and lots of chili for 40k. That's it. Because I was too lazy to come on time and the money spent didn't have time to take pictures of the food and drinks. For a hotel class. Even though the room service and reception were really good. Eh, the restaurant is really a dud!
