Old fashioned hotel with balcony in each room. No AC because the air is cool. Friendly and helpful staff. For repairs please upgrade the bathroom because the glass door is broken and smelly, but the staff is quick to spray bayblfresh. Overall OK.

This hotel is a Non-AC type but the room type is very closed, maybe there used to be AC but it has been removed. For hotel management, if this is a Non-AC type room, at least make ventilation so that there is air circulation when all the windows are closed. This is really tight without any circulation, as a result we leave the window open all night with white curtains as a cover

for a comfortable and clean room, but there is a little disturbing thing in the room on the 3rd floor at the very end, there is a sound like banging on the wall repeatedly from the start of check in until midnight and continuing at 4 in the morning, even though there is actually no renovation or repair activity

- delicious food and affordable prices - fast check in and check out process, no hassle / long wait - got a room without breakfast, but outside the hotel in the morning there are food vendors - room cleanliness is sufficient, only stains on the sheets suggestion - hotel lobby may need to be renovated to give a modern impression - added area with canopy to make it more comfortable when walking / taking shelter when it rains thank you

The family room type is clean and spacious, but there is no air conditioning in this hotel because the temperature outside is quite cool, 2 double beds, amenities are very sufficient... breakfast is not provided but there are women selling rice at the hotel entrance.

The food in the restaurant is delicious and the price is still reasonable, it's just that the room doesn't have AC, even though it's cold outside, there's no ventilation so it's hot, I suggest that if there's no AC, provide a fan. Thank you.

The room is very spacious because it is a family room, unfortunately there is no AC. Baturaden is not as cold as it used to be, so my suggestion is that AC needs to be installed. Overall, the room is quite comfortable, clean and very close to tourist attractions around Baturaden.
