it's quite happy to stay in royal kuningan hotel. I just feel peace & homey. The hotel is near to the midtown but it's not too crowded. I traveled with 2 children & they were so happy because there is swimming pool & kids corner. the pool is 1,5m fyi so it's not really suitable for children without parental guidance. They have various breakfast. They have western & nusantara menu. I pay Rp 100.000 for my 11 y.o son. hopefully we can be back to royal kuningan hotel 😊

For the Heritage room, it is very unfortunate because there is no double bed. For the deluxe twin bed, the bed size is suitable for elementary school children, aka too small for adults. The food tastes lacking.

Almost once a month or at most once every two months, we staycation at the Royal Hotel, even though we live around Central Jakarta, but the Royal Hotel is the best choice, especially the friendliness of Mr. Yucky, his politeness and we see that not only to us, always smiling, earlier we were offered the latest soy milk menu, it tastes good but the main thing is still peanut porridge, a real favorite, success for the Royal Hotel and your best promotion is customer satisfaction 🙏🙏🙏

The receptionist staff was not very friendly, maybe because our appearance was ordinary. The hotel itself was really good. There was a kids corner and the toys were still new. The swimming pool also provided towels if you didn't bring your own. There was also a prayer room.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I was confused because it was quiet, but the next day it seemed crowded. The room is spacious, neat, even though it's not a new hotel, it's still well-maintained and nice. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof, there are also ants at the front desk, the TV is still not smart/android TV but there is cable TV service even though the picture is not optimal. The staff are friendly and helpful. Look for a city view, you can see the city lights at night.
