This hotel is truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by its convenient location, which makes it easy to explore everything around. The rooms are not only clean but also very comfortable, offering a perfect place to relax after a long day. The staff here is beyond amazing — they are incredibly kind, always ready to help with a smile, and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Every detail in this hotel shows how much they care about their guests’ comfort and satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, as it 's one of the best places I've ever stayed. Overall stay: Check in very smooth. Stay day 1 very disappointed clean lines very poor 😡 my wife found the garbage bin not remove and lot off hair specially in bathroom. Stay day 2 nothing special boring they can't even provide us late check out we book two room 406-409 and very unprofessional once my wife request late check out the lady who's stand behind was whispering to the gentlemen who's talking with my wife not to give us late check out until 1pm so we got 12.30pm.

AC didn"t work properly. Late check in and hotel had no Superior Room as it requested. But its OK. Great staff too.

The front liners staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room is comfortable and nice. But the house keeping staff not in excellent service since I was given old thorn towel and few times they didn't knock the door before entering the room to make sure if the guest is still in the room or not.
