Got a room that was not suitable, lots of dust, the refrigerator was not cold and was no longer suitable for use, the bathroom lights were dim, the sink was blocked, the TV speaker was broken, the wifi couldn't be used, there was an additional charge for changing rooms. The only thing that was okay was the bf, the menu was quite complete & the taste was quite good

The staff is nice and helpful with both check in and luggage. The room is nice, the TV channels are nice, the fridge is nice, there are quite a lot of compliments in the room besides mineral water, the bathroom also has good hot water, the AC is cold but there is water seepage that falls

One of the best hotels in Surabaya. The vibes are very comfortable for resting. The bathroom is clean and hot water can always be used anytime. I have been a subscriber since 2021, whether there is an event, work and so on, always choose this hotel as a place to stay even though it is far from the venue.

When checking in to the room (room 306) there was still a lot of rubbish in the trash can (not yet cleaned), the floor of the room had not been cleaned, the bathroom drain was a bit clogged so the water remained stagnant for a long time, the other KL was okay, just needed to be controlled by the housekeeping department.

The friendliness of the staff is okay, the Indonesian food tastes okay, lots of menu variants, the cleanliness of the rooms smells good, access to Tunjungan Plaza and other places is also strategic, the downside is that the bathroom sink and the water drain in the shower don't go straight in so the water floats and stains out. When it comes out it's muddy, is the drain clogged in the sink and shower? The rest like to staycation at Royal Regantris Cendana on Jalan Kombes Pol Duryat, Surabaya City. Continue to improve service and immediately check bathroom facilities room by room.
