Totally shocked, in the morning my room was unlocked by the staff because they were looking for my car keys! There was another guest car that wanted to go out, they did not have valet facilities. I was sleeping and the lock was unlocked, what did that mean? Honestly, I was speechless with the behavior of the staff! And the hotel was dirty, my feet were dirty when I walked without sandals in the room. There were no hotel slippers either. Very bad experience.

Previously, the hotel has explained that the room type you chose is a budget sharing Living room, the front door leading to the living room is not locked because it is shared and allows our staff and other guests to enter. Our staff received information from your colleague that the car key was with you, so our staff entered the living room and knocked on your room to make sure and did not open or enter your room at all. Regarding the dirty floor comment, since the room type you booked is a budget sharing living room, it is possible that the floor in question is the living room because it is a public area and there are other guests walking around and using the living room area, it is also possible that at that time our housekeeping staff had not yet made rounds to the area which is usually done every 3 hours. If there is anything else that is not clear or I can help and make sure again for the next visit, please do not hesitate to contact me at the Rozelle Hotel. Guest satisfaction is our priority, we have also tried to contact you via the telephone number filled in during registration but it is always unreachable for confirmation and follow-up on this problem. In general, Rozelle is fun for our family. Complete facilities, not fake. And the most important thing is it is clean. Although there are ants in the kitchen. But it's okay. Just as input, please pay attention to the towels. Because it seems like they need to be replaced. Thank you

Lokasi di dalam perumahan elit deket dengan akses tol pasteur. Tipe executive suite ada 2 kamar tidur dan 2 kamar mandi tanpa sarapan, tapi cukup mudah cari sarapan tinggal keluar komplek. Ruang tengah cukup lega sudah lengkap dengan dapur, alat masak, kulkas dan dispenser. Wifi kenceng dan di setiap kamar ada TV, jadi total ada 3 TV tapi belum smart TV. Parkiran mobil cukup. Minusnya request kami untuk room dengan balkon tidak di berikan.

I swear this hotel is the most comfortable. Just entered, immediately met the friendly receptionist. Delivered to the room. Cars can park directly in front of the room. For family room type rooms are very spacious. Most importantly clean too. There is a balcony for relaxing while drinking coffee, a hairdryer and iron are provided, but tell the receptionist first. Can Netflix, YouTube, and Wifi guaranteed smooth. Really recommended. Next trip will stay here again!
