Stayed for 3 days 2 nights, the room was comfortable, only the blanket was a bit dirty, it looked like there were permanent ink marks on some parts of the blanket, so please check the cleanliness of the blanket and pillows again. Stayed during the month of Ramadan, the choice of sahur menu was not very diverse, but the all you can eat iftar menu was quite diverse and delicious (90k additional fee).

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The hotel's location is ideal, providing easy access to key attractions and amenities. The only concern was the toilet position. I am 173 cm, and a little bit uncomfortable while using the toilet.

Strategic location in the middle of the city. The hotel staff are all friendly. Check in at 13.00 was invited to the room. Ordered a superior room but was upgraded to deluxe so it was more comfortable because my family has small children. Overall staying at SH is definitely comfortable.

when checking in, I was immediately greeted warmly by the front office, and other staff were always greeted every time they met, comfortable rooms for small families, there are swimming pool facilities that my child always looks for every time I staycation, breakfast facilities are delivered directly to the room. the location of the hotel is also strategic, close to Gramedia, UGM campus, and shopping centers, the conditions around the hotel are also very shady. very satisfied with my staycation at Sagan Heritage Hotel Jogjakarta

Alhamdulillah, this is our first experience staying here.. the staff are friendly, when we wanted to add a room, Ms. Kristin immediately upgraded us to the highest type.. it's cool.. lots of cafes.. when we complained about the shower.. the staff immediately responded.. thank you all.. success and keep up the quality.
