nice room, comfortable atmosphere. only the soundproofing from the bathroom really makes it uncomfortable. I sleep in room 427, the sound of the bathroom in the next room is very clear. the sound of the running water tap is very clear. That was at 10 pm. It's clearly disturbing. Hopefully there will be improvements

Clean room, toiletries available, no dryer, spacious room, friendly hotel staff. But unfortunately the cups in the room are dirty and smell very fishy. It seems like they were used and not washed because there are still traces of dried drinks on the cups in the room.

The check-in process was very fast because I have often stayed at Sagan Heritage Hotel. The only thing that surprised me was that I usually get a welcome drink, but this was during the fasting month, I don't know why, even though the price is the same (no difference). When I first entered the bathroom, it smelled musty, it would be better to add some fragrance. The sahur menu is very minimal and is usually delivered to the room (not a buffet system), this is very unfortunate. The price includes breakfast, so there should be no difference between sahur and breakfast (all buffet systems). The only plus point is that the hotel's location is very close to UGM. As a Sagan Heritage customer, I was a bit disappointed with my stay experience this time, hopefully it can improve in the future.

Overall okay, there are only a few places in the room (cup holder, table edge, and sandal holder) that are still dusty when I entered the room. And it would be nice if the hotel could provide a water dispenser in the hallway near the elevator to reduce the use of bottled water (like hotels in Semarang and Solo)
