Hotel was near the main road, and for a family room is only located one floor below the club, you can imagine the noise untik 4am, mix with car sound, sound proof need to be increased. Don't expect much with the facilities and room, you pay less than average hotel room in the city.

Check in requires deposit. Limited carpark space. Small Room was not ventilated properly. Hotel corridor has some weird mouldy smell. Room was clean and tidy. Be prepared to face the noise at night as there was a night lounge at the rooftop. Loud music live band till 4-5am. Hotel good for youngsters not recommended for family with children or grandparents.

The room are dirty, linen and flooring. The worst part is the exhaust fan in bath room like will drop and exactly on top of washbasin and dangers. When I am check in no body soap at all. Than on the night its really noice and you can feel the vibrate on the wall because the next floor is club with heavy DJ music. My wife can't sleep at all the room is not soundproof at all its really bad and I am not recommend this hotel at all. We have to early check out at 2.30 am move to other hotel to find the peace for us to sleep. Really disappointed experience stay in this hotel.

A good place to stay with a very comfy room and nice staff. Especially Frans from receptionist who helps me and gave the best services ever!

First impression was disappointing. The reception didn't know how to greet, he treat us like we were a trash. I gave him my deposit and my ID card, he put it aside for like 5mins until he took it impolitely. That's not hospitality standard. We booked a room for 3 person, they give 4 towels, but only 2 mineral water and 2 slipper. The room was very dirty, lots of hair on the floor, found a paper receipt from previous guest under the side table, a lot of hair inside the mini bar! And the bathroom, seems like it didn't clear properly for long time ago, floor was dirty, water sink as well. Toilet flush not working, we need to fix it by ourselves. Hairdryer only working for like 3mins then turn off and we need to wait for awhile until it can be on again. We prefer no facility was provided but whole place is clean. Surprisingly the restaurant was good enough, the food was good, service was good, only cleanliness need to improved.

The room is incredible dirty and the breakfast was not edible, maybe cooked over night 🙄. And no wifi are working is caused a lot of trouble for me. For sure Won't go back for the second time.

The toilet door can't close tightly and there 's hole without the blur rubber which cause the customer ain't comfortable with the toilet.
