The room is okay. Only the staff is a crazy guy, really rude, not friendly at all. Please be friendly to the customers! When asked if we could have a late checkout, the answer was really curt!

Changed rooms because the key was stuck, so lame. Wifi also didn't connect. Breakfast? Don't know what's wrong. The bathroom could be cleaned more

the place is safe, the AC is on, the TV is on but never turned on the TV, but never swept during my 3 days there 😔
maybe because the key was taken? finally borrowed a broom and swept it myself... the staff is friendly. outside the hotel the environment is really full of Indomaret cafes etc. so it's really nice

For the price of around 200 thousand, this is really worth it. Spacious room, comfort, cleanliness, and the plus is that there is a refrigerator that can be used to store food and cool drinks. Maybe the lighting can be improved so that the lights are not too dim.
