The staff are very friendly, good service, and the breakfast is good. We will stay in this hotel again in our next visit to Bandung.

We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. On the first night, I found out that the AC was leaking and the water heater tap was unstable to hold its position to shower the hot water. After politely complained to the front office, they straightened away prepared a new room and let us switch the room within approximately 30 minutes. Great service! As soon as we moved in to the new room, everything was quiet good, except the clogged drain on the bathroom sink — which eventually made me buy the anti-clogging powder “Shock” to unclog and clean it up! Btw, the breakfast dishes were awful unfortunately as they were a bit tasteless, I could say. The hotel kitchen team didn't have creativity in cooking varied yet yummy dishes for the breakfast.

I choose the standard room. I'm ok with the old furniture as long as it is clean and cozy. The lights are comfortable enough for my eyes cause I have to type and read a lot. The breakfast is tasty. What I like the most are the weather I feel like in Lembang cold. While it is in the city, the vast parking lot so my car doesn't have to wait long to park like in other new hotels (cramped parking lot) and of course the "saung" or gazebo where I can type, read or just relax cause the wind is cool. Overall I like the hotel.
