The food is amazing. Ayam goreng was really good! The room was nice and big. I got half the price and I think its really worth to try. We buy the experience than the star of hotel. The ambience is good. But need to improve the cleanliness of the room but overall was amazing!

For the staff, it's good and friendly. Only the room is less than satisfactory (great room): - like the wifi which is only active for 1 day even though I stayed for 2 nights. - the area around the bathtub is not very clean, there is a lot of dead leaf litter. - there is no plug for charging (there is only 1 near the bathtub and it is not active)

The place is really nice, comfortable and beautiful, worth it to come here. The staffs are also friendly and very helpful! The food is also delicious for the restaurant, there are many choices and the price is affordable. Will come back to stay here again.

The room was old. Hot water hard to adjust. The bath tub was leaking. Floor was broken. They need serious renovation. A few times we stayed here, the sound of the mosque was always extremely audible. So it was a regular, not just a one time event. The natural environment was really nice.

the exterior of the room is similar to the countryside but the inside is clean and not damp, only the stone bathroom floor makes it easy to smell because some enter the pores of the floor so it must be sprayed diligently. the food is all delicious I was there for 3 days, I tasted different menus.

The better it is. The friendliness of the staff, the service is 100%. Input for the Presidential Suite Room, the private pool if possible can be upgraded with warm water because of the cold weather, for breakfast there are fruits and juices included like other places "access to the room is also upgraded because you have to go back and forth by boat" but all all for Sapulidi Resort the Best. Thank you ....
