The room is clean. The AC is very cold. The lobby atmosphere is comfortable. But there is a little problem with the elevator. I was once trapped for a few minutes in the elevator. Luckily there was still a signal. So I could still ask my husband to call the hotel staff 😁

Staff were friendly and accommodating. I had requested for a birthday decor of our room and they delivered very well, It was a beautiful decor. However, some of the services were not so good, such as the hotel restaurant. During breakfast, we found a lot of ants in and around the cutleries used to serve the food. Then, we found several cockroaches roaming around the food especially at the bread station. I complained to the staff at the restaurant and at the front desk but they did not take my complaints with any seriousness. This was very dissapointing as it is directly related to basic cleanliness and hygiene. Furthermore, in our room the shower head was not functioning well and I reported this to the front desk and they sent maintenance to have a look. The maintenance personnel came to check and said this is not broken even when I showed him what the problem was. It was frustrating because it affected our stay experience. Hope all this can be rectified.

I have been staying in this hotel for 2 times. Last week I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights in here. The room is nice and comfort but need more soundproofing as in the nighttime there are sounds like machine repeatedly keep hitting down from the top which is quite annoying a little bit. As for the wi-fi, the internet sometimes works but sometimes not and it still stay the same from the first time I stayed in there. I hope this review can help to fix the issue to improve the hotel. Also, I would like to recommend installing hairdryer in every room since it's very useful for customer who stayed for long time:)
