The hotel location is very strategic, located in the middle of the city. Very close to several culinary places. The hotel is very easy to find and very easy to access. The best hotel staff service, very friendly and very helpful in the check-in and check-out process with a time that is not too long.

Book on Traveloka at a friendly price, we get a comfortable room, friendly staff who are ready to help, besides that the location is very strategic with lots of culinary around it so it makes it easy for us, it's great to stay here.

1. Parking is far from the lobby, I happened to be pregnant and it was raining so it was a bit difficult and troublesome. 2. The towels were very rough, it hurt my skin. 3. The wifi didn't work because they said it was having problems, even though it was included in the facilities offered.

I felt disappointed, it was clear there that I asked for smoking and was shown the smoking room above when I checked in with the receptionist, when I checked out I was actually penalized, they said there was another smoking room, so I wanted to pay the penalty, I was blacklisted, the reason was missed communication, but why did I become a party? I was the one who was sanctioned, the request was made clear at Treveloka Smoking 😌.

There is a price, there is a quality, you can't use a bath like a toothbrush, etc., just provide liquid soap that sticks to the bathroom so it's not disposable, the sheets are not clean, there are still stains on them, and it's just a normal blanket, the standard mattress doesn't have a mattress so it makes a bit of noise If we bring our luggage and unfortunately there is no elevator, so if we bring a lot of luggage, we go to the room on the 3rd floor, we feel like we are old enough to lift our things because there is no staff to help us bring our things, the phone is dead, so there is a number that we can just call directly, the AC is not cold right away, so If we have to raise the heat and then we have to wait for it to cool down, there are many TV channels that we can't watch, I don't know if it's cable or something, so we can only stay for 8 hours😂 because the facilities are not good, but it's worth the price, I'm just sorry There is no elevator😂 Because actually lifting the brang yourself to the 3rd floor is really making you old😂

The hotel staff were unfriendly, the hot water was broken for no reason, but when confirmed, it turned out that all the rooms did not have hot water, there was no reason for the toothbrushes to be out, the thin blankets were not worthy of being called a hotel.

The staffs have bad attitude, are not friendly to the guests, the rooms are not good, the water is hard to get out, it is not clean. The service is really very bad. Very, very bad. I am afraid not to stay there again.
