There is no food, the receptionist is very bad, not good at all, and the handling is long if you check in 12 hours in advance you have to say and the receptionist is not responsive, the cleaners also forget to always clean. With the excuse that we just opened. The location is okay but unfortunately the service is very bad. And the room is also moldy everywhere

This hotel needs a lot of improvement. Starting from the parking lot in the basement which has lots of cobwebs. Access to the lobby from the parking lot also smells a bit strong. For the room, a room telephone needs to be provided so that it is easy for us to contact the Front Desk. For now they seem to be using a website that connects directly to the Front Desk. And also when we checked in at half past 4 in the afternoon, we still had to wait because the equipment that should be ready in the room was still not available. To make hot water drinks, the kettle looks problematic, because it can't switch off automatically. We also need to ask for the floor to be mopped again because it is a little dusty. Hotel rooms can also have mosquitoes, so we need to buy our own electric mosquito repellent. Continuing to the bathroom, the toilet spray has a problem so we need to ask for a replacement. Plus there was a leak in the toilet spray so the bathroom floor was always wet. You also need to add a trash can, don't just provide 1, even if it is placed in the bathroom. The swimming pool provided is greenish in color and a little murky, so we are reluctant to swim there. Hopefully in the future, this hotel will be willing and able to carry out comprehensive improvements so that guests can feel comfortable when staying here.

I stayed at Arshika for 3 days, the service was very friendly, I have wanted to try staying at Arshika since last year in 2023 but it was always fully booked and in 2024 I was lucky to get the chance to stay here and got an upgrade from deluxe to a very spacious suite with a dining table and sofa, there is no/no hairdryer in the room, I have not tried other gym facilities, but overall it is recommended for those who like spacious rooms, choose Ashika, I have not tried the food because I happened to book room only, the swimming pool is really long, really cool.
