the room is ok comfortable but I got a room with a view of the highway I really don't like it even though I was given a note I want a high floor room with a city light view but the room doesn't have a great view if for amenities it's quite satisfying the cleanliness of the room there's not much dust on the glass especially
the bathroom floor is a bit slippery but the bathroom smells okay
the most impressive thing is the view from the pool on the rooftop is very beautiful at night
for food at skylites resto it's quite delicious if bf is lacking for air conditioning it's quite good for suitcases you have to bring your own oh dear not delivered to the room

Location near centre of city , however lay out room (suite) not comfortable (big space but tiny bathroom), parking car space also not big. I didn't try breakfast at that time because my voucher excluded bfast.

fast check in process, i got deluxe room upgrade so the room is quite spacious, clean, cold AC. all staffs are very friendly (FO, F&B, security). parking is narrow but assisted by valet by security, the security is very friendly. breakfast is less varied but honestly it tastes good. poll on the rooftop view is good, but the wind is very strong. i stayed 1 day just for a short staycation, but quite satisfied with all the facilities. great.

All the staff are friendly, I ordered a superior king room and I was very satisfied, the room was spacious, the air conditioner was cold, the mattress and pillows were super comfortable ๐ there was a sofa too. The bathroom was clean and the hot water was great. The breakfast tasted standard and there weren't many choices. Hehe Thank you Hotel River Surabaya View, I will come back here again for a staycation with my child, because I was satisfied sleeping in a room with a comfortable soft mattress and soft pillows ๐๐ป
The only thing lacking is the TV, because it can't be used for YouTube or Netflix. But it doesn't matter to me. Hopefully the TV will be upgraded later. Hehehe

Comfortable, clean rooms, delicious food, just not much variety, all the staff are friendly, even though it is on the side of a big road, it is not crowded in the room. If I go to Surabaya again, I will repeat the order๐๐ป
