Beautiful hotel with good road access, indoor and warm water pool, good breakfast although a little lacking in variety, there is a mini zoo and playground that makes the kids happy, the dining room tastes pretty good with an affordable price, the downside is the prime type room that I stayed in had no view, and there was a problem with the hot water but the hotel staff responded to fix it even though it took a while

Our family really likes staying here, the location is at a high altitude with a cool and fresh atmosphere, so cold that at night you don't need to turn on the AC, friendly service, delicious food for both dinner and breakfast so you don't need to go anywhere

The swimming pool is warm water, the kids really like it and there are also floats provided if you want to buy one so you don't have to worry about forgetting to bring a float. The room service food is also large in portion and tastes good, yesterday I had the Prince suite, wow it was big and very comfortable.

family suite type, spacious room, there is a guedhe sofa. get a free compliment of market snack cakes as well as bottles of soft drinks. the view is very good.. only access to the family suite seems a bit isolated. I was a bit disappointed because I wasn't allowed to swim, because I didn't prepare special clothes for swimming, whereas there the rules are that you have to wear swimwear. If you want to swim, you have to bring a swimsuit made of spandex, nylon or a special swimming suit

Trace back to Bandungan decades ago. At that time, Susan Spa didn't exist yet. Currently Susan Spa is the best in Bandungan. Spacious Rooms. Warm water swimming pool (This is a plus with the cool weather in Bandungan). Spacious play ground for children. Anyway, it's worth staying here.
